It’s a Happy Holiday from your favorite Authors and Bloggers. While we know everyone celebrates a different way, we wanted to make sure that you guys knew how much we treasure you all. She’d never been held so close while dancing before. It felt good to be held again, even by a stranger. Kaitlin closed her eyes. Something felt familiar about him, as if she’d met him before despite that she’d never seen him till tonight.

How odd.

Maybe Cadmon wanted a young debutante to hang off his arm. She scowled. It might explain why he’d chosen her to talk to out of all the more sophisticated women in attendance. Or maybe it was because she was Ean’s cousin?

“You always this evasive? Kaitlin opened her eyes, and stared into his. Deep set, leaf green, with a bright gold star-burst around the pupil, and a darker green rim around the iris. She noted his aristocratic eyebrows. His hair had an orange undertone, with sorrel highlights. If she ran her fingers through it, would it be stiff like straw, or smooth like a model’s hair?
