Let me apologize for my absence here yesterday.

I took the past 48 hours to do an in depth critique for another author, so I focused solely on that critique.

Fair warning: I’ve decided that aside from a few blog posts {already scheduled. I will be absent this month, because on top of critiques and working on my novels, I’m receiving a visit from my sister’s family.  I haven’t seen my sister since a couple years before her wedding. I’ve never met my brother in law face to face, or my nephews and nieces, so this visit is a big event for all of us.

I heard back from Createspace. Once again the writing on the cover art needs adjusted. So we will get to that soon and resubmit it again, lol. I’ve also been scheduled for a radio show event promoting my Dangerous Temptation preview later this month. {Details to follow closer to the date.}

I have every intention of posting the pre-arranged date this month, but everyday blogging will drop to once or twice a week. Take care everyone and I see you on regular schedule in September.

Catrina Barton is a licensed Kung-Fu Instructor of the Black Dragon style, and draws on that experience to make her fight scenes both realistic and action packed. She enjoys being surrounded by the stark beauty of mother nature. Whether it's a moon-lit starry sky, or a picnic by a peaceful waterfall cascading from the mountain side. Growing up no matter where she was physically, she always had at least one book in her hands and spent every free moment lost in a book. It's only natural that as she grew up, her passion for reading grew into an even stronger passion for writing, especially Young Adult Paranormal Romances. She is a proud member of many writing and marketing groups, and an active participant at Critique Circle and several other crit groups. Favorite personal quote: "An author cannot grow without both constructive criticism and encouragement."

    Enjoy the time off, Kitty. It’s summer; we all need a break.

  2. Catrina,
    Congratulations on Dangerous Temptation. I hope all will go as planned with the Createspace from now on. I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

    Enjoy the time with your sister and her family. I know the feeling – I don’t see my loved ones often either. I just returned from my vacation in Poland, where I spent three weeks visiting my family. We haven’t seen each other for four years, and that was way too long.
