Talk about a busy week!
I participated in two online seminars this week,
managed to write another two and a half chapters of my current WIP manuscript,
updated two of my Bankotsu/Kagome fanfics,
got most of the dead weeds out of the yard,
finished the in depth first chapter critiques my blog hop entrants won,
and caught up on some of the critiques I owe at CC. {The others have to wait because no new material was added by them yet.}
I spent most of the day Thursday as quality family time with the kids and hubby. No PCs, no movies, no video games, no writing. Genuine family togetherness time. We mostly played card games, since all the board games are packed away. We haven’t had a family movie night in months. So, maybe next week.
The next few days are supposed to be nice weather wise so they will find hubby and I trying to get either the truck or the car repaired. Mom in law’s truck transmission died Sunday, so we’ve been without transportation in both households since then. I have another round of romance writing {various genres} crits this weekend too. So yup, busy weekend as well.
I plan to get at least two or three more chapters of my current WIP MS done by the next post. I’ll have to see how much writing time I have next week.
The good news is that according to the sales reports I’ve sold a couple more copies of the preview this week, so it’s all good here.
Hope you’re all doing well and meeting your daily word counts.
What are some of the activities you do with your spouse and kids, or family? Do you remember to take time out of the hectic writing schedules to do what really matters? What are some of your writing goals for the coming week?

Sounds like an interesting week! My writing hasn’t gone to plan because my 18m/o demanded most of my attention and my husband has worked 6 days in a row, out of the house for 14 hours a day. It has been a long week, but we have been out enjoying the sun now that summer has finally arrived in the UK, and hopefully I can get back on track soon. The good news is I am now editing my third novel and it sounds pretty damn good if I do say so myself! ; )
Working on the vehicles has been a bust we got sick and so did mom in law.
Life does tend to make it hard to write sometimes. Third novel? Wow! That’s great. Thanks for taking time to leave a comment.:)
