Okay, as many of you know I have a lot of family and friends fighting to keep our country free and to free other countries. I recently discovered this awesome program where Smashwords Authors can offer their e-books to the men and women in arms, free of charge.

The way I figure it, these brave men and women are putting their lives on the line day and night to keep us all safe and to free others. The least I can do as a writer, is offer them some free reading entertainment. it just might brighten their mood a bit. So, I signed up to the list and have sent out my preview.
Personally I think this is a fabulous program and am proud to be a part of it. Even after I put out the full length novel, I can send the a coupon code to allow them to get it for free. Neat, huh? That’s another reason I went with Smashwords as a main distributor. They have a cool coupon code program for free, 25% off, 50% off, or 75% off. All by my choice. Which makes possible future contests with the full book as a prize, a breeze.
